Classic Fund Raising in 2002!

Cornwall Classic Car Hire has again supported local charity with donations of hires to three excellent local causes.

We are delighted to be able to help out with important fund-raising initiatives and put something back into the local community. We were particularly pleased to be able to support the Cornwall branch of the Fire Services National Benevolent Fund as it in turn made a donation to the families of the New York Fire Dept. who experienced such terrible loss last year.

Pirate FM – the local radio station again ran the Pirate Trust Radiothon which raised its best ever total of £30,000 which will be spent on making life a little easier for those in need in the South West - a very worthwhile local initiative.

Arranged via Penny Moss of Cornwall Tourist Board, Cornwall Classic Car Hire also supported Bosvigo School, for their fundraising auction to improve I.T. facilities at this Truro based primary school.

Cornwall Classic Car Hire has a policy of trying to assist several local charities each year in generating the funds necessary to carry out community help projects.
